ACNE

How does acne

Acne is a physiological manifestation typical of adolescence; usually, tends to disappear with puberty, and in rare cases, in adulthood.

What happens is that the sebaceous glands, stimulated by hormones, develop excess sebum which does effect "cap" because it blocks the opening of the follicle. In this first phase is formed the blackhead. Then the skin suffers from the resulting inflammatory reaction that damages the damages.


Symptoms

About 80% of young people suffer from acne and symptoms are rather obvious. Acne pomorfa presents comedones, papules, pustules or nodules. The manifestation of acne varies depending on the type of skin.

Symptoms (blackheads, Cystic nodule, nodular, papulo-Pustular, conglobata, mixed) we understand the type of acne and it dates back to the degree of severity of each type (mild, moderate, severe, Purpura fulminans).

Causes and diagnosis of acne

There is reverse acne or Hidradenitis suppurativa (inflammation/infection), acne fulminans (triggered by an immunological mechanism), premenstrual acne, acne, acne neonatorum alopecia (often associated with Hypertrichosis and HIRSUTISM). Excoriated acne is also linked to psychological aspects. Acne from medicines or cosmetics, acne from iatrogenic.

Other types of acne are seen in those using mineral oils, cade oil, tar, hydrocarbons, grease oils (the diagnosis, in this case, is of acne). Mechanical acne occurs in mechanical rubbing (acne of a violinist, swimmer etc.); acne from hydration diagnosed usually in people who spend a lot of time in high humidity or dry.
